MotoPath ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the MotoPath mobile application.

MotoPath requests access to your device location to display routes near you and to track your ride in real time. Location data is processed on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. Background location access is used solely during active navigation sessions.

All ride data and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app or using the "Delete All My Data" option in Settings → Privacy & Data.
MotoPath is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To submit a data request, contact us at tess.sullivan29@yahoo.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of MotoPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
